How to receive the energies:
Video: Watch the video above, do not think about the words too much, you are receiving this form your spirit. Allow the images and sounds to move over you from a relaxed receptive state. Listen as many times as you feel guided to.
Prepare yourself to receive: Get yourself into a relaxed state, feel your feet on the ground. Feel your heart and fill it with love. Open your heart and when you are ready begin.
Image: Look at the image on this page. Allow your eyes to wander over it wherever they are drawn for as long as it feel comfortable. Once you feel ready, read the words.
Mantra (optional): Repeat the mantra out loud or in your head as many times as is indicated to embody the frequency.
Print files: If you would like to you can download the pdf to print it at home or professionally to work with it consciously or have it in your environment on your fridge or pin board or framed on the wall to receive its energies unconsciously int he background and consciously each time you see it. If you print it double sided, you can cut it out and you will have a double sided card. It is a nice idea to laminate it or print it on card. Alternatively you can use the digital download online.
